It is not true (per Chinese State media) that Turkey cut water supply to the Chinese Embassy in Ankara amid bickering over Xinjiang-related issues, according to a staff member on condition of anonymity. The embassy staff member said that there was repair work done (in April) after a water leak, but it finished that day and did not affect the water supply. A local news outlet reported the work as excavation to detect a water leak and connected it to the China-Turkey spats. Source: Global Times
